“We spent 2 nights here in mid August and had an fantastic stay. My 10yr old Son is a WW2 enthusiast and in his own words "an amazing hotel with some really interesting relics, the room was fantastic and looked like a 1940s bedroom, would definitely stay again". Such a nice place to unwind after a day of sight seeing and the owners put up a great breakfast so youre ready for the next day! Cant wait to return!”

The Chateau is situated in the countryside just 2 miles from the beautiful town of Bayeux. Perfect location for nice walks and for touring the D-Day sites. Note: it’s a 15 euro trip to/from Bayeux. Worth it.”

“The hotel was just on the edge of Bayeux old town, a short taxi ride from the center of town. The staff was very courteous and assisted with transportation needs. Highly recommended.”

“It was a tad confusing as it’s attached to hotel Luxembourg and they share a reception. But we were greeted warmly and our room was ready and the infant crib was already in there. Perfect after tired all night flight. Location is great! Near the center. Staff was kind. Would recommend! ”

“Really beautiful and quiet place. Rooms are clean and the beds ultra comfortable. There is a heated pool on site, which unfortunately I didn't get to use as it was a brief overnight stay. Damien was very welcoming and attentive. Really lovely breakfast served - including some amazing homemade jams. Will definitely return here and highly recommend to all. ”
