"The staff was helpful and friendly. The public bath is free and has decent hours. It was nice to access after long hours of the flight. We love the property's cleanliness. The only downside was that breakfast was not available. We definitely want to come back. Highly recommended!"

"Clean Spacious room with a nice big shower, we didn't have to climb over bathtub. Bed was big and comfortable. The staff were helpful Breakfast was basic, even though there were lots of options O didn't like most of it. Nothing really stood out. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport, however they do not offer airport drop off in the evening enven though the bus is still travelling empty to the airport to pick up guest. Conveniently located near Haneda airport, however far from attractions and malls."

This time we realized that the last shuttle from hotel to airport departs at 11:30 am. Our flight was at about 10 pm. We would appreciate if the hotel provides more airport bound shuttles in the afternoon."

It was a shame that bad weather prevented me from going out onto the terrace, but I would certainly like to stay here again. However, I found it very confusing to get there by train; navigating the monorail platform was difficult to figure out."

"In a heartbeat we will stay at the JAL City Hotel West Wing again…It was easy access to train and bus station… They had a huge free shuttle bus to transport people and luggage to airport in minutes… Easy access and the staff were great… The hotel was very clean and neat… plus on your way to train station you they have lots of mini shops for food and other accessories… I’ll let my friends and family know of how convenient it is to stay close to the airport… It’s a high 10 for me to rate… Thanks pkmendes"
