“Apparently, being unfriendly is part of this hotel’s culture, starting right at reception. Don’t expect a warm welcome, a friendly hello, or even a complete sentence. The staff just mumble something under their breath, leaving you standing there trying to figure out whether they actually said anything useful. The guy at the towel hut deserves a special mention. He seems genuinely unhappy that guests have the nerve to ask for towels, and even more annoyed when they return them .The walls are...

“Our experience at The Rif was nothing short of appalling. What should have been a relaxing and enjoyable vacation turned into a deeply disappointing experience that raised serious questions about the resort's cleanliness, food safety standards, and management's ability to handle legitimate guest concerns. “The two restaurants suck. The staff at the beach area also suck for any kind of service for food or drinks, even when asked. They are rude. Don’t stay here if you want to get sleep, the honking and traffic noise never stops. Let’s just say it’s not hard to find a better place to enjoy a week in Curacao.”

“People in the front desk, they are professional and good guide for us to hVe a great tour. One ride for a day to town (Punda) , good wifi, good pool bar with happy hour, big zaqucci. ”
