"Room was dirty found hair almost everywhere even in between the sheets and the floors seemed like they weren’t even swept or mopped."

"On Friday, the first day after checking in and getting settled in my daughter and her cousin found a lizard on the carpet next to the bed, it camouflaged with the carpet but they saw it and we got it out of the room, I advised the front desk which they advised they would advise their manager that wasn’t in until Sunday which was the day we were going to check out, but yet didn’t get offered another room or anything at this point, so Sunday I advised the manager at the front desk which advised that they weren’t able to do anything due to using a 3rd party for booking? Which for me I am still staying at the hotel with my family so why wouldn’t anything be able to be done, didn’t get an apology or anything. Was upset about this matter "

"Dirty sheets and towels with visible marks/stains. The room looks outdated. The staff at check in and the lady at the breakfast area was super friendly and nice. The only gripe was that the office staff didn’t let us know the water was shut off when we arrived. That meant the toilet wouldn’t flush and you couldn’t wash your hands or shower. Overall it was a cheap place to stay, but sometimes you get what you pay for. "
