"Not upto expectations. Rooms even if asked to clean doesn't get cleaned properly. No bedsheets are changed even if asked. No fridge no microwave no phone. Staff was friendly. "

The amenities were excellent, and the hot tub was a definite highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The room itself was clean, warm, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind. What really made the experience even better was the staff — they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. "All staff we encountered were friendly and approachable, right from the moment we checked in. Our room was spacious enough to 3 adults and included a TV, coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge and mini bar (payable). We had use of the spa included which was lovely, we sat in the outdoor hot tub as it got dark and the temperature outside plummeted to -4. What an experience! Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food although it did get busy early on as everyone heads out on tours around 8. We would definitely return!"
