"We really enjoyed out stay at this hotel. The staff were probably the best hotel staff we have ever encountered. They were all friendly and extremely helpful. They could not do enough to make our stay special. The room and the beds were very comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities, a great TV, a safe, a great shower with huge towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc. We had everything we needed. The hotel was in a great location too, with a supermarket nearby and lots of other shops, cake and ice cream shops, bars and restaurants in LInzer Gasse. It was a 10 - 15 minute walk to the old town and Mirabelle Platz. The number 2 bus stop for the bus to return to the airport was 4 minutes away.
For me, one of the most innovative things was that you could put a sign on your door to ask for the room not to be cleaned that day in return for 2 free drinks (beer or wine, or soft drink at the bar). What a wonderful idea! There was also iced water in the foyer - along with apples, sweets, almond bisuits etc. So thoughtful and generous. Great hotel. Wonderful staff and clearly - well run by managers who put their guests first! Thank you!"
