The property is overall nice and modern but was built cheap. We stay in two separate rooms and both had rusted towel racks, broken granite tops, broken mirrors, rusted hair dryer (one did not even have it). There were hairs in the bathrooms and towels even had holes. There are less priced hotels in the area in much better conditions. They were painting the outside of the building while we were there, hopefully they continue in the inside.

Arrived at 7pm and house keeping was still cleaning rooms. surprised they were still working on the rooms as they do nothing in the rooms of guest that stay more than 1 night. The Room was showing signs of wear with lots of rust in the bathroom around the door and on the towel rack. Very poor restocking of the breakfast area in the morning and poor design with very little place to eat. Glad we were not there on a busy weekend as there would be no place to sit while eating. Poor design for what looks like a fair new property. Staff was helpful.

After driving 12 hours I thought I was going to have a good night but it wasn't my case. Noisy place,door slamming across hallway and loud tal king from people the top floor until 1:00 am.

The barhroom floor and entryway was sticky and the employee said housekeeping used too much floor cleaner. The smell burned our noses and eyes but nothing was done. I have stayed here seven times now and this was not the best experience.

When I got in my room it had a strong smell of cinnamon. The front of the refrigerator, microwave, desk and door handles were so sorry and had smudges and dirt that made it seem like nothing has been wiped down. The desk chair was disgusting, the bathroom was dirty and our toilet backed up and when I asked to have it unclogged while I left, I got back to my room being left open and no one around. They unclogged it but didn’t clean up the mess or the room after I complained it was dirty but they replaced the chair. The curtains had ketchup smears on them and over all it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I can understand that for the price the room would be dated and not super nice but, I would expect it to be clean at least. Breakfast was not stocked and the area was dirty and littered with trash from guests and nothing was restocked. The floor and counters were dirty. We left and got breakfast elsewhere.
