No me dieron la habitación que yo había reservado, las Personas del mostrador ni siquiera hablaban bien inglés. El depósito que se me cobró a la tarjeta no ha sido regresado.

The building was very outdated. The ceiling had an electrical outlet that was exposed with the wires and the comforter was stained and the towels were stained. They were old the remote control was broken. It was replaced, though other than that it was comfortable, and It was quiet. They have the coffee machine on the restroom counter, which I was not a fan of. The lobby close at a certain hour and you had to walk to the side of the building and speak to the front desk clerk through a window which was very inconvenient and unsafe at night.

The lights didn't work properly. An alarm at tge car lot across the street went off all night. The surfaces were dirty. The worst part was that there waa a cockroach in the room. I could have overlooked a lot of things, but I draw the line at bugs.

This Property Requires A 60$ Deposit, Which if booked/reserved through a third-party app is not stated. After spending all our money to book a room here, they would not allow my husband and I to stay there and when we requested a refund, we were told to wait til the morning for property managers authorization, which was also never received. We made our reservations at 11pm and were told at around 1130 we could not stay w/o deposit, and the woman at the desk who was very rude after hearing I had no more cash on hand said to speak to expedia for a refund, which we did, and Expedia told us they needed the property manager to authorize, so we had to wait til AM. Mind you, I am 6wks prego, phone was dying, &hubby I were now forced to sleep in our '73 F100 which obviously has no outlets to charge a phone. Soon as I was able to get power on my phone & spoke to both parties; expedia hotel mgr(whom was also very rude) I was informed our refund was denied because "after 4pm refunds are not allowed" and if thats the case then they should not have allowed us to create a reservation there as it was after 4pm. The manager even tried to tell expedia that he wouldn't authorize refund because we never showed up which is BULL. We would NOT have even asked for a refund on our stay there, had they PROPERLY informed on their link with expedia that there was a deposit and NO, not all hotels do ask for a deposit when booked online. So try again, they basically robbed us.

Alarma for swcuri ty go off evwry 10 min for 1 min straight of screetcjing horendous hightvsqueeling pitches and chirps and no one can shut them off. It is nervwrwvking and gave me a non stop poinding nigrane and unable to rest relax think pr aleep. Room cane with no pillows or towels and when i asked shw said ahe bring to mw andbnever cane. Their breakfast is not a hot one like itcaounds onbadvertosemwnys it is only pastries snack or oatmeal pack and waffle maker and juice machine .vending machjne are available and not filled conpletly emoty. But work. I was thr 7 days never filled. Ice machine available and 1 washer and 1 dryer that doesnt dry in 1 use fpr 1.50 drier and 2.00 only quarters . They rebooked more days foe mw at the wronf quality inn in amaarillo notbsan antinio and told me they had to chatge me fpr 1 night to cancel and vouldnt sqitch locatioan dor me and cc arge 6 deposit and 25 for animals. The rates i bookes for this location was ch anged to a different location amd still chargwd me.

This was an average property for the price. Not in the best neighborhood but felt safe. Nothing fancy here but okay for our one night stopover.

There wasn’t anything that I particularly liked. The deadbolt on my room door was inoperable. I mentioned it to the staff on each day of my stay but it went without being repaired. The room was just ok. The edges of the bathroom tile and corners were dirty.

Always a problem
Every time I stay at this hotel there is an issue. This time the key didn't work after I went back to my car to get something. Then when I returned at 1am it didn't work again. The hassle of having to walk up and down the stairs, especially in the early morning

When we first checked in, our initial room was completely dirty and looked as if the prior guests had just left. We had bugs in our bathroom and food crumbs on the carpet. We were given another room and were told that this was a courtesy and that they would not charge be charging us for the upgrade?? Second room we were given the shower did not work and sheets were dirty. On top of that, there were guests outside of our room doing questionable activities. The only good thing I can say is that at least the AC worked! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The hotel was total crap the sheets had stains all over them as did the white blanket yellow stains it was quite gross I went down and asked the guy the front desk who none of them spoken English for clean towels and he hands me one of those towels you know with the blue stripe but it's real ratty and they had a sign up that said you know quit stealing our towels it said how much each one of them cost they were so raggedy I don't know who would steal them but they were good enough for me to sleep on because of the gross sheets my feet are filthy from walking on the carpet it was just a disgusting place all the around! The pool was nice I'll give them that!

The filthiest room I’ve ever stayed in! Cockroaches in entry to room. Cold water not hooked up. Electrical plates missing. Window, couldn’t see out it was so dirty! The grounds haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. No internet connection.

Property needs repair and updated. Clerk wanted a cash deposit after I had checked in with credit card. Tried to get clarification as I had used Expedia to book. Seemed rude and somewhat unprofessional with his response. He ended up "waving" the "cash deposit" but the exchange gave me an unsettled feeling.
