"The room was very clean and neat. Great view, but room was smaller than I expected. It does have everything you need. There is an elevator wich is wonderful esp. If you have a large suitcase. Centrally located to everything. Breakfast was generous. Staff was very attentive and all of staff spoke English and spanish which was a huge plus. Very helpfull with map of town. "

"Room was outstanding. Location in Rialto Mercato within 5 minute walk of vaporetto stop. Only downside but no fault of hotel is that there are rooms on 3 floors with steep stairs. No elevator. Again, outstanding rooms and I would stay again."

It is directly accessible by water taxi but concierge told us to use their preferred car service, which was very poor."
