위치가 좋음. 2블럭 안에 편의점이 있고 1블럭 범위 내에 여러 음식점이 있어서 접근성이 좋았음. 방 안에 전기 포트 등 편의시설은 좀 부족함. 다만 컨퍼런스 룸이 따로 있고 그 안에 microwave와 hot water를 제공하는 전기포트가 있음. coffee와 tea도 제공하고 있었음. 따뜻한 차를 마시고 싶을 때 1층까지 내려가야 한다는 점이 번거로웠으나 큰 문제는 아니었음.

Okay considering the budget. Small room. No daily house keeping and has its unique smell. Parking was not plenty but available whenever i needed them

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but iv stayed at better hotels in my day. Pro’s LOCATION, the parking is $35 per day ,the AC is great, and a mini fridge in the room. The room was kind of small for 2 and no view of little Italy. There’s no pick up service you would have to request it so it gave me kind of dirty vibes but the bed is comfy and the gym was small but had essentials. They also have a conference room with a microwave, a coffee and tea station. The bathroom look rusty and like it had not been cleaned in a while. Everything is walking distance so if you’re not in your room most of the time I say do it! They allowed early check in/out so that was clutch!

Great pied-a-terre in Little Italy. I’ve stayed here a couple times while attending a conference at the Grand Hyatt. Fantastic location. Everything is walkable. Even the airport for the hearty and lightweight travelers. No daily housekeeping. Affordable and nice esp if you upgrade to a City View room.

Tiny rooms, clean. GREAT LOCATION in the heart of Little Italy. Coffee shop right next door. Excellent restaurants. Walkable to Seaport Village, Balboa Park, the Embercadero. Parking under hotel, extra charge, will NOT accommodate a large vehicle.

We appreciated the location of the property and the dining amenities were the reason we chose the hotel. the rooms were smaller than expected but clean and cozy. We were disappointed that upon room selection from the package service (Expedia) the rooms were presented as having a view, the only view received was that of a block wall in the alley.

Terrible. I don’t even know where to start. There is no checkin driveway, they will tell you to park in a red zone (assuming somone isn’t already there) and hope you don’t get a ticket while you checkin. When you do get checked in, parking is almost non existent. Unless you drive a Mini, they can’t park you in their garage, I drive a standard size Explorer and I was told “it’s too big”. They will tell you there is parking nearby, but it’s full because of where they are located. I had to park 5 blocks away in an open lot that cost me $50 a night. Oh, and the machines on the lot only went a maximum of 12 hours so I got to wake up at 4:30 a.m. to walk 5 blocks to reload the meter. They have one person working front desk at any given time, so if you catch them during their “break” you get to have a conversation with them while they eat. The windows in the bedroom have blackout blinds, but the bathroom window does not and because the bathroom door is glass the bright lights outside pour into your room all night. There is no vending machines available. Terrible, awful experience.

We are aware with how difficult parking can be in this area and we do our best to inform guests who are bringing a car of the challenges they may experience. 50/night is more expensive than our lot, however it is the average price for overnight parking in the area. As for the employee eating at the front desk, we will speak with all of our employees to make sure it does not happen again as it is standard policy to not eat at the front desk. Pros: great location- in the middle of little Italy. Surrounded by restaurants/food/drinks & desserts. Room sizes are good. Overall good spot. Cons: they do not have housekeeping daily. The parking they have available is $30 a night & apparently don’t allow all cars so double check to see if your car fits in the garage. Additional parking is extremely limited & was pricey. Cleanliness- was okay.

Both girls at front desk were rude. When checking in she told me completely dofferent amount than what I paid for rooms. They charge you $35 a night to park after paying over $300 a night for small room. They regulate the AC so you cant even control own room temp.

Hi Heather, We looked into your reservation and digital log of your check in process. Your card was only authorized for the 100 security deposit because your room was prepaid for through the third party website. There was a systematic error that initially showed the incorrect amount. Our front desk agents fixed the error so you would not be double charged for the room. We only charged your card 70 for the two nights of parking as stated on the printed receipt. If you see any additional charges from us please email us a copy of your charge so we can handle it directly. There is also a way to operate the AC from your room so we do apologize if that was miscommunicated.We hope you enjoyed your time in Little Italy.

i didn’t like that valet stole my jacket .. i called multiple times, i spoke to the valet manager .. nothing.. I didn’t like that valet is $55 a night which is outlandish for how long it takes you to get your car .. but the hotel property ITSELF is very pretty and walkable

Original assigned supervisor room had a very annoying, loud, squeaking AC unit. Nothing could be done about it and no other similar rooms available. Downgraded to a nice quiet standard room and credited $30 for the room change.

Very close to a lot of restaurants and waterfront park. Receptionist is nice and kind. Room is very small but convenient. Good hotel to stay for short stay. Parking privilege in and out. Half price compared to hotels in Gaslamp that charges $65 per night. The Lobby is cozy.

Cute little hotel. Very quaint and comfortable. The area is beautiful with lots of good restaurants and very safe. The room I was in was small but very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. The shower head faces towards the curtain and gets the bathroom soaked. The hotel is beautiful, right on little Italy.

All members working at the front desk were very kind, professional and accommodating. This is my second time in San Diego, and each time I've stayed at this hotel because of its amazing location in the heart of Little Italy and its comfortable bed and cozy room. I couldn't be happier to have found this little gem years ago.

It was right in Little Italy and very convenient to walk to the waterfront. Saturday they have the farmers market. Ashley at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Rooms are a little small and parking a bit tight but the atmosphere and neighborhood make up for that. Walkable plenty of shops and restaurants. Catch the Farmers market on Wednesday and Saturdays.

Fun hotel with personality. Rooms are small but has what you need and bed is comfortable. Amazing restaurants literally across the street. Will stay again.

Property had roaches in the room. Hotel staff very nice, but couldn’t move our room after getting in late from a wedding due to hotel being fully booked. Tried to find a new place, but surrounding hotels charging extra for an early check-in to move hotels. Manager offered money off the room for inconveniences. However, If I wanted a motel experience, I would have booked it for a 69.00 rate. Very disheartening, as the room rate is too high to not get the value of what you’re paying for. My suggestion if you’re staying, bring home defense and take a video before they (roaches) scatter.

We are extremely apologetic for the experience you had with us. We are located in the center of the Little Italy which is surrounded by bars and restaurants. While that is not an excuse, we take every precaution we can to keep the roaches away but on occasion they make it past our defensive walls.
