사진에 속지 마세요
객실 사진에 있는 곳과 전혀 다른 오래된 건물의 객실을 배정받았습니다. 건물은 주변에 누가 걷기만해도 바닥이 진동하고 방음이 안됩니다. 리조트 이용에 관해서 여행 전 문의를 했더니 귀찮아하고 떠넘기기만 했습니다. 낚시나 마리나 이용할 예정이면 좋은 곳이지만 해변에서 걸어서 가긴 무리인 위치이며 가까운 해변도 슬럼에 가까워 가는것을 비추합니다

This property is advertised as a luxury facility however the rugs were dirty, drainpipe draining on walkway right outside our door, ice maker drip pan filled with dirty milky water for days, charged $35 a day for parking after paying $1100 for a 3 day stay, $40 pp for breakfast buffet. I should have stayed at Holiday Inn for less which included breakfast. Only good thing was the view & location.

The location is very pretty. The hotel itself is dated, especially the rooms & bathrooms. It was nice to have 2 heated pools & hot tubs. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The food at the restaurant was average. Parking is expensive for $35 a night. Overall, an ok stay.

This place was AMAZING!!! Highly suggest the bay view. The staff were helpful especially Brianna. She gave us an amazing room. The pool was clean and wonderful. Firefly had drinks and great food. Very very satisfied customer here. Will stay again and again.

I enjoyed the location of the site being right at the bay. The greenery made the place look beautiful and cozy. We are breakfast at the location several times and it was good. I slept well on a comfy bed in a quiet room.

I really enjoyed our stay! The property was very family friendly and was 5 min away from Sea world. There are two pools in the property and They have a restaurant, which was a plus. We had brunch there and happy hour/dinner after a long day at Sea World. The property was pretty right next to the marina and the staff was great!

Amazing hotel in an amazing location, the firefly bar next to the pool is a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. Will deffo be back next year. Jacob the bartender is amazing at his job.

I thought their check in and check out time was too strict. They want to charge$25-75 just to get in a little early or leave an hour later. No flexibility whatsoever to make you happy and make it a little comfortable for the customers.

Great location! Close to Seaworld, old town and shopping as well as many other locations. Pool was nice although noisy in the evening with the sound effects from movies playing at the pool until 9:30pm (if you have younger children just to be aware). Our rooms were cleaned but someone must have smashed a giant spider on the ceiling and nobody cleaned up the spider leg hanging over our bed and coffee pods weren’t refilled but a simple walk to the reception every morning works too. My kids loved the pool and firefly restaurant. It was overall a very pleasant and wonderful stay.

Loved the pools. Both were well maintained. The rooms are in little individual buildings. So quiet and our building had a pool in the middle. Great landscaping, clean rooms - microwave, fridge and coffee. Perfect for exploring close to beach, sea world, drive to zoo and balboa park was easy. Loved the location.

Front desk staff was arguing with guest when we arrived. It made checking in a little awkward. Not blaming the front desk but maybe should have gone about it more privately. Power was out the first night. Wasn’t a huge deal but this could have been communicated better as it was a planned outage and they could have compensated us with a bottle of wine or something beside a mini flashlight. Grounds are beautiful and family friendly. Pool was a blast. We were able to walk to sea world and mission beach with our 7 year old, but if you have younger kids or health issues I wouldn’t recommend walking. If you are a light sleeper this might not be the place for you but wasn’t a huge deal for us, you can hear guests walking by and the parking lot. Rooms were a little small and not the nicest but for the price was perfect for us as we just slept and showered there. Felt safe and would stay here again.

We thought the property was gorgeous around the resort. There were two pools and hot tubs to choose from and the view was nice being on the water.
