The staff ignored us while we were trying to check in, was told our room wasn’t ready even though we were told 3 hours earlier that it was ready. San Diego Mission Bay Resort
The room, bathroom in particular, was well worn making it look almost dirty. And, the beds were the most uncomfortable things I've ever stayed on. Truly, that was 3 of the worst nights of rest I've had in a long time.
