Lakehouse Resort
Rooms were acceptable although they are not what I would call luxury maybe a step or two above what suspect a motel room is like. Carpet needed cleaning spots everywhere and the floors were not mopped.

Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort
Nice location however they had construction going on at the hotel doing Roofing. The room they put us in had a nice view of the scaffolding. They did not tell us there was construction going on and when we brought it to their attention, they said they sent out a mess email which never came to us. ...

The Marbella
What a charming property and location. Easy access to beach and downtown. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back. Beautiful ocean and pier views from our 3rd floor room. Fun patio to watch people and cars cruise the Strand. Also pet friendly!
