“Staff was extremely friendly, even introducing themselves to us in the elevator. The property was clean and well-maintained with plenty of parking and lots of centers with restaurant choices nearby. Breakfast was good and well-stocked with someone constantly checking and refreshing the levels. My family’s favorite part was the robot that delivered our extra blankets to our room! It was super funny and convenient (and memorable!).”

“Booked a last minute stay. Very cool hotel next to a lake. Front desk and check in was super nice, loved the lobby and coffee shop. Pool was nice but no pool attendant and took a long time to order food and drinks.Rooms were ok, clean a little older looking but Overall everything was great!”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. I booked this hotel expecting a clean, basic place to stay not luxury, just a room that had been properly maintained. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed trash left around the property, dirty floors throughout the common areas, and a strong odor in the hallways that reminded me of an animal shelter. “This hotel was much better than I expected. We got a 1 bedroom king suite with separate bedroom, and queen bed and pull-out. It worked very well for our family of 5, and was clean and quiet and comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no outside space to eat breakfast other than the smoking area. For a San Diego hotel, it would be nice to have some outside space. Maybe consider opening the pool area for adults only breakfast in the morning.”
