"At check in there was an issue with finding my reservation and after waiting 20 minutes the supervisor assisted me and upgraded me to a Presidential Suite, which was amazing. Appreciated that as I had my family of 6. Overall, the staff was friendly, the bar/restaurant was a vibe, the hotel was beautiful and the pool was clean. I would definitely come again and refer this hotel to my family and friends."

"The hotel is a bit dated. You could hear the noise from the corridor since it is close to Legoland and lots of kids running around. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The closet location and the mirrored sliding door is awkward. The staff did not clear out the dirty towels and the trash in the gym for two days. There was no yoga mat in the gym so I used a towel on the floor and did my yoga inside the room. Housekeeping only comes every other day and the cleaning seems to be...
