The customer service was excellent. The first room we were supposed to stay at had broken furniture and the phone was broken. Mr. Hernandez was very quick to address the issue and upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view. Our new room had a beautiful view of the ocean on the 4th floor. It was nice and quiet throughout our stay. The staff were very attentive to all our needs. There is a lady at the lobby who was very helpful for booking activities and recommending things to do on your vacation. The breakfast was great, there were a lot of options. They have a bread station (mostly toast), hot entrees station (scrambled eggs, french toast, veggie options & meat dish). They also had a cereal/oatmeal station and a salad/fruit section. Coffee and tea was also provided. The swimming pool area was a nice relaxing spot, there were towels readily available by the pool. There is a mall walking distance from the property. There were lots of restaurants close by as well. Overall, it was a great stay at Hyatt Place.

The hotel is very nice. It has just enough amenities to keep a traveler happy. There’s a grocery store and shopping center nearby. Less than a mile away are some excellent restaurants. Right across the street is the beach. There’s a small trail that allows easy access.

We stayed here for several days at the end of our vacation in Mexico and it was a great fit for us. Clean, well-managed property. Loved the pool area. Close walk to big grocery store and some restaurants. There is construction nearby but rooms are well insulated so no noise at all. Staff was very helpful although oddly we were not given coffee one day (got from front desk), then no coffee mugs the next day.
