DREAMCATCHER by DW is far from being similar to a hostel, apart from the communal areas that we clearly and proudly advertise on our page. We would like to highlight that these areas include a fully air-conditioned work space/dining room with High-Speed Wifi, a gift shop with goods by local makers as well as a spacious deck with lounge furniture and hammocks, all surrounded by tropical flora. All these features make our hotel one of the absolute favorites and top-rated boutique hotels in San Juan. We understand that you raised concerns with our staff, and we sincerely apologize if your expectations were not met during that interaction. In response to your concerns, we made efforts to offer an upgrade, albeit with a corresponding fee.
