The best things about the hotel are the cleanliness, the location, and the fact that breakfast is included. The rooftop pool is tiny—almost like a hot tub—though it offers excellent views; it really serves more as a decorative feature. The poolside restaurant opens to the public at 5:00 PM, so it isn't the ideal spot if you are traveling with children; heading to the beach is a much better option. Getting around via Uber is easy and very reasonably priced. The hotel is in a great location if you plan to visit Old San Juan and other tourist areas, all of which are easily accessible by Uber.

We got a 3 bedroom suite. It was great! Very spacious, full kitchen, overall very comfortable and clean. Parking is included on site and also there is an overflow lot right down the street, if that runs out. Breakfast is delicious. You will get a link texted to you to place the order the night before. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a nice area and short drives or Uber rides to most places you need to get to in San Juan. The pool is cute and has a great view!
