It was nothing like the pictures. It didn’t have any counter space in the bathroom. Had to let the water run for a minute before it was hot. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location for us was great, right at a bus stop to go to Walmart. LOL

The night staff was terrible. When we arrived, we gave our name at the front desk and were given a key to our room and told we could head up. A few minutes later, the front desk attendant came knocking at the door yelling at us to give us our identification and credit card. Then he yelled for us to come down and kept telling us to give him our Expedia receipt or leave. He said we didn’t have a reservation. He demanded it immediately and did not want to give us time to look for it. He kept yelling at us while we’re looking for it, telling us to leave. Once we pulled out he finally started to calm down. He never apologized. It was rude and embarrassing. He messed up by not doing a full check-in and telling us to leave at 11:30pm at night after sitting on the tarmac for 7 hours and missing our connection. It was inexcusable. I would not recommend them because the customer service was a joke.

Clean, wonderful hotel, walking distance to everything. Staff was amazing Norma, and I believe her name was Alice were very hospitable. We had a great stay 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to stay near T.MOBILE convention center.

The staff was delightful and helpful. I felt like I was in my own apartment. Very quiet, conveniently located and secluded. Barely saw anyone, which worked for me. The front desk staff wasn't around much, but attentive when they were.

There was nothing bad or good about the room. There were no pictures on the wall and you had push the little red switch on the outlet to turn the a/c on and off. Nowhere to put your toiletries because there is only a pedestal sink. Make sure you don't take even a washcloth because there is a $200 charge. My friend called it Motel 6. Staff was friendly and very helpful. It was not the best part of town but it was right on the bus line so we didn't have to get a taxi or uber. Walked down 2 blocks to restaurants. No we would not stay here again if we come back to San Juan.

Viaje a Puerto Rico y mi último dia decidí pasarlo en SJ, busque algo económico y con buena reseña y encontré este hotel. Pude compartir con mi familia y ir a Distrito T-Mobile en la noche que queda a 2 minutos en carro y 9 minutos caminando y el Morro está a 10 minutos. Muy satisfecha, definitivamente cuando vuelva a Puerto Rico tengo donde hospedarme, gracias!
