"Good location across from the ferry terminal, although that did make it busy at times it was convenient. Breakfast “buffet” isn’t actually a buffet but a waffle thing, toast, eggs, and fruit that show up when the hosts arrive in the morning, but the time varies. Room was nice and clean. Our room had a decent kitchen but there was nothing in the kitchen to cook with. No hot water at all, even after telling them about it, sink and shower had no water pressure hardly. had room was finally cleaned on the 6 day and that was after asking for a couple days. Decent room overall for cost"

"Everyone who works there is professional and friendly, and always available to assist with whatever you need. The property is right on the water and is beautiful, quiet and convenient. Special shout out to the dive shop - we had amazing trips snorkeling. Dennis our guide was the best. Also would highly recommend Mary and Addy for their massage skills! Thank you for an amazing time!"

"Room dirty. Literal dust on our fingers when we used the railing. The towels and robes were stained. The pool towels were shredded and had holes. The staff was slow and half of them were incompetent. The managers were kind, but you shouldn’t need to involve a manager for every little thing. The food is bad and on the last day we ordered tiramisu that came frozen (after Princess told us they had a baker) and the whipped cream on top had turned and was sour- this skeeved us out- it was impossible not to consider what other food may have been expired or close to expired. Honestly this property is a bad look for Hilton and I don’t recommend for anyone. The pool server spilled a drink on my book and just left it there to soak. He couldnt even be bothered to wipe it or move it. In fact, he just left the lime and straw on the ground and pretended it didn’t even happen. I could go on…. Our stay was pitiful. Waste of money and waste of time. Extremely disappointing. "

"Room was nice and clean. Property was beautiful and restaurant on premises was good too! Only annoying thing was the AC operation and control.. would set at a certain temperature but room would be colder than setting. Then turn temperature up a degree or two, and it would get too warm. Wall units don’t tend to work as well as centralized systems. "

"Parking was good. Room was like a really nice apartment with full kitchen. AC worked great and was easy to adjust by room for individual preference. Definitely planning a longer stay next year."
