"Brilliantly located in the center of the town with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist agencies. The hotel is very well appointed; the thought shows in the little touches that go into the rooms and public areas - small sit-outs, resort-style baths, ample lighting, fans and storage, offer of extra towels, free bottles, 24 hours tea/coffee and water... you have a lovely, cozy experience.
They were very responsive in arranging my transport and to other requests. Definitely a place to be...

"The place is amazing. The host is great. The location is right around the corner from the main street in town. Atacama is almost an hour away from the airport so make sure you account for that time. There is no other choice, all activities are in Atacama, not sure why the airport is located 60 km out. "

"OMG this place was awesome. The food and staff were so incredible I never ate a meal in town because I was so excited to eat the high quality, beautiful food at this location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean. The outdoor private showers available in the rooms were spectacular. I love every minute of my stay at this hotel. "

We love the minimalist aspect of the room including the pleasing absence of a television. The staff is very professional and very helpful. "We looked at far more expensive, all-inclusive accommodations in San Pedro de Atacama before discovering Hotel Desertica. What a find! They truly had everything you need for a relaxing stay in the desert at a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and professional, the free breakfast was fresh and abundant, and it was great to unwind at the restaurant at night after a long day exploring this incredible part of the world. This was a late-autumn visit, so we did not swim -- but it was lovely to sit by the pool and soak in the sun for a few hours here and there. They are super-well located, just steps to everything you need. Highly recommend!"
"Stayed only for one night but the room looked out onto a lovely courtyard with a small pool.
Bedding was high quality and felt luxurious compared to other hotels we stayed at as part of our trip.
The bathroom looks a bit tired however there was hot water so big plus from us.
We left early for a trip and they kindly packed us a breakfast and stored our luggage till we returned later. Lovely location right next to a supermarket would recommend "
