No welcome gesture. Terrible experience at the reception. Gentleman showed up and he couldn’t find my reservation. He stated interrogating me. He keep on calling someone and will not show me the room. No fan. No AC. No heating for winter months.

La struttura è isolata e non è vicina al centro di San Pedro. Non è disponibile un phon nelle camere e alla mia richiesta di poterne avere uno occasionalmente, in pratica mi hanno detto di arrangiarmi. Possibile che non abbiano un phon??
