Who I assume are the owners at the front desk were super friendly and kind people, the room was nice and clean and the location was great with many local businesses within walking distance and conveniently located near Hearst castle. This place had an indoor pool that was open and great fresh coffee and snack in the morning, I would definitely recommend Coast Riders inn.

Very friendly and helpful folks at the front desk. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Smart TV, microwave, coffee maker, and cool red retro mini-fridge with freezer were nice to have in the room. Yummy cookies provided upon check-in, two free water bottles in the room and continental breakfast (pastries, breads, fruit, coffee, etc) were also appreciated. Location is terrific if visiting Hearst Castle. We’d stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay at Coast Riders Inn. The staff was friendly, very accommodating for our late check in. The property was on a nice location, on the roadside and close to the Hearst castle. The had a nice breakfast. The rooms were a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Nice place in the middle of nowhere. Espoaftwr a long winding coastal drive.

This is my 2nd year here for our annual family vacation to San Simeon. We love this motel! The staff is incredibly friendly and so happy to see and help you. They give you mini cars and chocolate chip cookies when you arrive. We were in a family room this year with 2 queens and a murphy bed. Very spacious! The rooms are clean with microwave, refrigerator, TV that you can sign in with your own streaming accounts or just watch regular TV, makeup remover wipes, coffee, tea, water, shower caps, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash pumps. My kids love this motel. The pool is spacious and indoors at the perfect temperature. It is directly across the street from the beach front. Needless to say, we will be staying there next year!

This review is for a one night stay at the Coast Riders Inn. During check-in, staff was friendly and informative of my stay. I had reserved a King room which the room was big. Typical amenities like flat screen TV, microwave, desk, refrigerator and hair dryer. The room, parking and surrounding grounds were clean. There are two food places to eat at and a liquor store within a short walk. This also two restaurants across the highway, but will need a car. Would stay again when in the area.

Very friendly staff and we were very late to our room at 12 am. The office closes around 9 - 10pm but I called and got instructions how to get into my room. SO Helpful 😁 Thank you for the clean room driving 6 hours and crashing on a clean bedroom was blissful 🛌🌙

Great stay. Location great for Hearst Castle and central coast . Have stayed here 4 times in last two years and will definitely stay again. Hotel is local family owned and they are helpful and friendly (witnessed them helping jump cars and guests with other issues). Beds and rooms are clean and comfortable. While they don't offer breakfast they did have coffee, apple juice, toast, croissants and fruit the mornings I stayed which was very nice and unexpected. 100% recommend.

Park right in front of your room. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was simple, but very good. Building was older, but decently maintained. Room is spacious. Location worked perfectly for driving the PCH.
