This is an older seaside property that shows its age on the exterior but the rooms are excellent. 3 stars is a good rating. Comfortable 12" mattress, remodeled rooms and bathrooms and a very good price point. I drove up the coast and back and in staying a second night.

All I needed was a quiet night's sleep between two long driving days and it filled the bill. Good value for the cost. It's in the middle of a strip of motels without a lot of dining options nearby; you only have to drive 10 minutes to Cambria for a lot of good dining options, or gas for the car. No ocean view, but that's not what I came for. Recommended.

We visit the area usually once a year and only stay here! We have been staying here for about 7 years. It’s directly across HWY 1 about a neighborhood block distance walk to an accessible beach. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating. The property is clean and calm. We love the indoor hot tub/pool set up. A large grass courtyard with seating available. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! If you like pizza style restaurants you have to try Luigi’s pizza 8 minutes up the road from the motel, the property manager recommended it and it was fantastic.
