“The sheets on our pullout bed were dirty and it holes in them. That’s where my kids slept. It was 11 o’clock at night and we couldn’t not get new sheets because there was no one available.”

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. “Be aware there are no elevators. We knew this but our room was on the third floor, basicly the attic, and we are both in our 70s. The air conditioner was noisy so tough to sleep. It served the purpose as we were attending a funeral in the area.”

No time for the pool. But it looked great.. breakfast was OK totally adequate. No diet drinks, a minor disappointment.”

“The location is definitely a major plus. It is hard to beat the fact that you get up in the morning, open your window to the balcony and look out on the Delaware River. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Everybody was keen to make our stay enjoyable. The food in the Rooftop restaurant was also excellent, as was breakfast. All in all, my wife and I highly recommend Odette’s for your stay if you consider this property.”

“I had a great stay at Ash Mill Farm. The house where I stayed (there were several building's with accommodations) was warm and full of character. I especially loved the porch with rocking chairs where my friends and I hung out and visited with over guests well into the night. The property is lovely with sweeping green lawns. We did not use the fire pit but that would be fun for a group Loved feeding the goats, horses and sheep!”
