Booked a balcony room, got a mirrored hot tub room. Weird being that I was with my 14 year old son, but cool upgrade. Except that the water didn't work & no one answered the phone at the desk. Told 3 people upon checkout, no one cared, no apology, no discount since I didn't get my balcony room or a working upgrade. Did I mention the mile long hallways with all the smells? 😝

Complete experience was nice. Most affordable hotel booking in the area with all of the amenities when booking ahead with expedia. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, easy access, extended pool/hot tub hours and full breakfast included. Under $115 when booking ahead for a two bed two adult! Granddaughters first time hotel experience!

It was a very nice place for one night stay. They could’ve extended the breakfast for weekenders. 9:30 a bit early especially on daylight savings time next morning. Room keys worked very poorly. Overall though not bad for the price. Thank you!

It's a great location if you are in town for tournaments and competitions. If you do expect a five-star experience, you will not be disappointed. The price point is reasonable for the traveling sports family, so the hotel fulfills its purpose.

This hotel is average at best. Everything is old. The place could use a renovation for sure. The water in the shower did not get hot, and our luggage cart was broken. The breakfast was also average but free, so I can't complain. The location is convenient if you're in town for tournaments or competitions at Kalahari or Cedar Point Sports Center, but expect the bare minimum. I won't book here again, but if you're looking for an affordable place to stay and are not picky, go for it.

Not a bad stay at all. Room was pretty clean but the one of the lights was flickering all night and the tub had a constant dripping noise that wouldnt stop. Breakfast was good. And oh worst thing was the never-ending hallway!! Our room was at the very end and then down even more to the left. I took a video because this hallway was so incredibly long i was tripping out! I would guess it was a quarter of a mile down lol

The hotel room was what would be expected, beds were semi comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaner (hair in the shower, dirty corners etc. The front desk staff seemed very annoyed at having to check us in and I noticed them being rude to several of the kids. The outdoor area was not kept up, shrubbery was overgrow etc. There were no areas for our group to congregate. It served our purpose but I would not recommend this hotel

My only complaint is that this weekend was the state football tournament for sports center and they allowed these teams to throw pizza parties in the hallways and one of the teams it was around 10pm when they was having theirs and the teams racing up and down the hallways all hours of the night.

During checkin there was only 1 receptionist and their computer system was lagging. It didn’t help that multiple attendees were having issues with the room keys including myself. Since this hotel is located in a tourist spot with multiple attractions, do not plan on getting a good nights rest. By time we came back to get the room keys swapped out the line was out the door to be waited on. There were no washcloths or towels in the rooms. I mean honestly this place seemed creepy with the type of workers they had. Next time I’d rather pay the $300 to stay at a Marriot or Hilton hotel.
