"This was a quiet hotel with a super friendly staff that could speak English very well! There was an easy connection due to two bus stations close by that take you to Seoul and it was a ten second walk to the beautiful stony beach that is great for surfing. There is a 24 hour convenience store about a 1 km walk away and a clean free to use kitchen and lounge area. Clean, simple and for a good price, highly recommended "

"Mt Seorak the East Sea and Hot spring was a quaint hotel with lovely hospitable hosts. It was conveniently located only 10 min by bus from Seoraksan National Park. The usual amenities were provided and there was a nice hot spring water shower which was great after a day of trekking. The bed was firm with lovely soft pillows and quilt. It was value for money. The only hiccup was that I thought the hotel was on the beach, which it technically was, but it was about a 10 minute walk (3 minute drive) to the portion of the beach that was useable (swimmable, beach parasols, amenities). That part was misleading from the description of the hotel. Other than that, the room was fantastic, and the terrace portion was a nice to have. We didnโt really sit out on it too much. "

Although there is a kitchen, basically you can't use the kitchen as it has nothing (e.g., knife, scissor).
