"The staff are all welcoming. Check in and check out process was smooth. Ferran has been very helpful and went above and beyond. The manager also approved a 1 hour extension to give us time to pack our things after a morning tour. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Dinner at the Restaurant Sintonia was excellent. Thank you for an excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We booked accommodation for four people for three nights and had two separate rooms, as we were two families and each family had one room. The rooms for four people were a bit small, but they were clean.
The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. At one point, I had accidentally entered the wrong date for one night on Expedia, and the hotel kindly changed the date for us without any penalty, which we really appreciated.
The breakfast was very good, the location was relatively good with walking access to many places, and the hotel also has parking. Since we were traveling by car, this was a very convenient and valuable option for us."

"Wonderful facility, staff, pool, location, views. I found the penthouse / Atico terrace suite a little small for 2 people and was underwhelmed by the breakfast but otherwise I couldn’t have been happier with the stay, value, and vibe at the property. I usually stay at casa fuster or a high end apartment in Bcn which I visit once or twice a year at least, this property will be on my shortlist from now on.
I had them book a massage for me the day of my arrival since it would be a few hours before typical check in but they thoughtfully moved me into an available room at 1030 or 11am the day of my arrival which I quite appreciated after flying in overnight. A rare and authentic spirit of hospitality among the staff
