The Hacienda and Spa at Hotel Santa Fe exceeded all expectations. Every staff member we came into contact with went out of their way to ensure my wife, my dog and myself felt welcomed. The accommodations were excellent - I especially enjoyed the fireplace in our room. My only regret is that we were unable to stay longer.
This was our best stay on a two month road trip. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this hotel and would give it six stars if I could. The facilities were excellent including a spacious room with a patio. What really made it special was the exceptionably friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Soriano for her help and friendly smile. We loved the evening happy hour, especially when it was on the upper patio.
Room was amazing! Staff were friendly and attentive. Great amenities, and live entertainment!

Our room was spotless, and everyone from check-in to check-out was amazing. We had a beautiful suite with a cozy fireplace and a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious, and our butler, Kevin, was extremely friendly and helpful. This was our second visit and we will absolutely be back again!

The room was amazing. Clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
The Hacienda at Hotel Santa Fe is the kind of place that ruins all other hotels for you. As the only Native American-owned hotel in Santa Fe, the authenticity here is unmatched — from the stunning lobby filled with Pueblo pottery and rugs to the adobe fireplaces and hand-carved furnishings in every suite.
The butler service is a genuine luxury, the rooftop lounge views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains are jaw-dropping, and the nightly wine and cheese reception is the perfect Santa Fe wind-down. Steps from the Plaza, but feels like a world away.
If you’re visiting Santa Fe, stay here. You won’t regret it.

Employees are GREAT - a special shout out to Tony and Soraida! Both are the epitome of what Customer Service
Hotel extremely clean. Warm and welcoming. Staff were all accommodating and friendly. Decorated for Christmas made it special. The art throughout hotel was an added plus.
Beautiful hotel. Large room (suite in Hacienda) with comfortable seating area and comfortable bed. Nice balcony too. Fireplace - although gas only sadly. However continental breakfast and wine/cheese happy hour were in a lounge area with a real wood fire (loved). Restaurant was also very nice and had a great happy hour menu. Beautiful art throughout the hacienda building. Only issue was the elevator was out and apparently takes months to fix. The staff helpful us with luggage however.
All of the staff were outstanding! Especially Tony. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the spa wing. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. We enjoyed the lounge for continental breakfast and happy hour. The hotel shuttle is a great amenity and the drivers were super friendly. Great spa as well. Best hotel experience we’ve had in a very long time. We will definitely stay here again!
Best hotel ever! Gorgeous property. First-class from check in, to happy hour, to dinner, to rooms, to linens, to personnel and staff! Awesome experience all the way around! Highly recommend and will definitely return!
Awesome hotel, will stay again. Beautiful, great service, great environment, excellent food. Enjoyed our service in the restaurant for dinner one evening. Recommend this hotel, stay here!

Most welcome we have ever felt at a hotel! Great staff including our butler, Tony! Beautiful place with excellent room including a gas fireplace. We loved the extra touches. Convenient location across the street from the Railyard. Only wish we could have stayed even longer!
When I booked the hotel, I figured it would be nice, but I didn't expect the level of service and attention that we've received. The room was excellent (loved the fireplace), the bed was very comfortable, the bath clean and the shower large and with great water pressure. The breakfast was really good: Yogurt, cereal, pastries, fruit, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
The room was lovely, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only reason we didn't give five 5 stars is for the French fries that came with the fish and chips. Unfortunately, they were pretty over done and dry. We didn't bring it up to the staff, because it wasn't a huge deal, just slightly disappointing.
The staff at the hotel is extremely kind and hard working. They are very attentive and made our stay wonderful! The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and super clean!! The location is great!!! Just across the street from the Railyard,, where there were markets (farmers and artisan)- and just about 6 blocks from the plaza ,.. it was a phenomenal place to stay!!!
Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the cookies and fruit the hotel left in room first night. There was some mildew in the shower and the water took forever to get hot.
