“The air conditioner in my room didn't work. It was very noisy and didn't cool down at all. I told the staff about this, but they didn't do anything about it. And it seems that it wasn't even relayed to other staff. When I told them again, they had never heard of it before. My friend requested the staffs for cleaning his room. but when we came back the hotel, his room was not cleaned.”

“Staff was very welcoming and airport shuttle driver was great! Room was spacious and well designed. Rug in room was frayed in one corner and was a tripping hazard. ”

“아주 좋아요. 근처에 샘스클럽 로스 다 있어서 이용하기 좋고, 숙소도 좋아요. 다만 펜서콜라 비치까지는 멀어요.”
