โWe loved our stay at La Rose Hotel. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. In fact, I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a different room to suit my needs.
We stayed at the carriage house, which is next to the hotel. Our room was huge and had a lovely marble bathroom. The bathroom was massive and had a tub shower combo. Our beds were comfortable and I especially loved the soft comforter!
Additionally, our room had a little balcony which was lovely. โ
โWe have stayed a few larger brand hotels in the area, and this one surpassed them. We got the 1 bedroom suite for a great price. Make sure to call ahead to reserve parking if you need it, as the lot does fill up. I'm glad Expedia sent me a message about it as soon as I booked.
It was pretty clean, although the floor seemed like it could have been vacuumed in the corners as it had some dirt (maybe kitty litter). Also since it's a pet friendly property, one corner of a room smelled a bit like dog...
โWe very much enjoyed our stay! As fellow creatives, it was fun to be immersed in a Big Art Project that we learned about during the home gallery tour. It was the perfect place to spend the night with our local friends nearby. The hummingbirds and fish in the pond entertained us out of our bedroom window. โ
โVery friendly staff. Check in and check out went smoothly. My husband and I had the BEST nights sleep while there. Bed was so comfy and we didnt wake up in pain. โ
โWhat a great hotel! I had an East Coast time zone early AM meeting and they set up a meeting room for me so I did not bother my sleeping family. The restaurant was nice and clean!! Great place to stay. โ
โThere are so much space between door and door frame. Cockroaches or small mouse can go throuth it. The water from the shower head is scattered and I had a hard time to rinse my hair. โ
โI love how the fridge and microwave are housed in their own cabinet. It looks very nice! Most other places just put the microwave on top of the fridge.
Excellent location, being close to on and off ramps, and with the huge shopping center across the road where you can get lower priced gas at Costco and sundries at Target.
