Mauvaise expérience

A notre arrivée, il n'avait personne à la réception. Les portes de l'hotel était fermées, il avait un numéro de téléphone sur le porte, mais personne au bout de la ligne. Nous avons attendu plus de 1h30 avant de voir quelqu'un arrivé. À la réception, on nous dit que nous n'avons pas réservé ni payé malgré la preuve en main! Il a fallu s'ostiner pendanf un bon 20-30 minutes avec eux pour que finalement il s'excuse que c'était de leur erreur, il n'avait pas vu la réservation (fait un mois plus tot) et que nous avions bien payé. Aucun wifi de disponible dans l'établissement!!! Lit inconfortable et disponibilité de l'eau chaude variable... Aucun service d'accueil, il était peu présent à l'hotel sauf le soir venu le moment de dormir ou il faisait du bruit immense avec des amis à la réception. Bref, nous vous le recommandons pas! Il a plein d'hotel au alentour offrant de meilleurs services !
