The stay at Smaro Suites was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities you needed and the location was great. The team there is also great. Hotel is located between the two main villages of Oía and Fira and I recommend the easy walk to Fira around sunset along the pedestrian walkway carved into the rim of the volcano. Oía is much further away and only reachable by bus from Fira or by a 35 euro taxi each way....

5 Star service. In 35 years of travel, this was by far the best service and staff I have experienced. Help with planning sight seeing, recommendations, and tickets. The chef was amazing with the breakfast. The villa was top notch with a great bed, pool, hot tub/Jacuzzi, patio area. Secluded, so not to worry about tourist watching you in your villa. The Last Sunbeam is an absolutely amazing amazing hotel in Fira! The price is incredible and the personal customized breakfast is phenomenal! Eneida is the most amazing host and so are all the cleaners and staff that work towards making guests experience amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay.
