"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. "The staff at Masseria Le Lamie are fantastic. They genuinely want you to have a great holiday and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful time. The pool and lounge area is very relaxing and has olive trees to provide natural shade. The rooms are spotless and the bed is really comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant is also a lovely experience. You do need a car because Masseria Le Lamie is not within walking distance to the nearest town."

"Stunning hotel in a beautiful location! Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the expansive gardens. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Fab pool area, and recommend a massage and swim in the warm spa pool. Dinner was delicious and very good value, so much food! "A very clean, tidy and comfortable 3 star hotel that I surmise is family owned and possibly operated. I stayed out of season in April and it was very quiet. The breakfast is continental: mini croissants and viennoiserie ( chocolate and fruits), chocolate biscuits, fruit juices, cappuccino, espresso, cakes, tarts and tiny packs of Italian toast to enjoy with excellent butter and jams. "When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . Could nt use the tv, depleted battery controller. I was greeted by a handsome young man who can speak English "

"Great place to stay, especially for couples. The room is very pretty and well made. It's a one minute away from the pedestrian zone so it's very walk friendly! Located about 20 minutes from the old city. Close to a few good supermarkets too as an added bonus."

"There are a couple of areas where this property falls short. Firstly it advertises parking but there is no parking, you are taking your chances on a very busy downtown street. You get charged another 10 euro a day if you dare to use the air conditioning and it must be in cash. Half a small pottle of yogurt each for breakfast is a touch inadequate.
