"Fabulous location and hotel - definitely recommend."

"Hotel is in a great location. We enjoyed being close to the river where there were many people, restaurants and live entertainment. The checkin staff were very friendly and helpful. Our suite was on the city side of the building (our choice) with the hope that it would be quieter. We were wrong. Between 11- midnight each night, someone was dragging something - maybe stacked chairs) along the alleyway behind us, lasting for more than 30 minutes. It was loud enough to jolt you out of a sound sleep. If you plan to be awake past midnight, no problem but for us it was quite disturbing. "

"Excellent location. Rooms small but nice. We didn’t get the breakfast package because I only have coffee in the AM that being said they have an Expresso machine in the room but if you are not into Expresso they will not give you free coffee in the breakfast area and charge 2 euros for each cup. No free refills. We did not understand this and one morning. We got free coffee the next morning the staff at the restaurant they serve breakfast at breakfast was a little rude when we tried to get just coffee and did not understand that it was not free. It was embarrassing for us because the staff serving that day was a little dramatic, and everybody was staring at us like we were trying to steal something. That is my only complaint. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I remember Miguel‘s name unfortunately I don’t know the other people‘s names but he was especially sweet and so was the security guard that helped us to the taxi in the very early morning the day we left"
