"There was not a breakfast option, but this hotel was in the perfect location to walk to coffee, pastries, brunch! All the staff was so nice-the bartender made small talk with us, the staff at the desk was so helpful, especially when we needed a room past check out so my daughter and fiancé could change after taking wedding photos! Location was the best! The lobby and bar offered wonderful space to hang out - very clean! My only complaint would be the stair way between floors, it was very dark with no hand rail-and my mother in law missed a step, it needs more light OR take the elevator! "

The food at the bar could improve as well but was not bad. The only problem is that taxis can't drop you off at the hotel and you have to walk uphill a little with the luggage. I would absolutely return. Money well spent. "

"The location of this hotel is simply incredible! It is right on the river. We had a room facing the river with a wall of windows and the views are breathtaking. We also had lunch and drinks outside at their bar and loved it. The staff was also very helpful and arranged our transportation from and back to the airport."

"It was my first time in Porto, Hotel Moon & Sun is in the perfect location and within walking distance to all the historical and sightseeing destinations. There are ample restaurants and cafes steps away, and markets and shopping are minutes walk away as well. Hotel staff was great and the room was very clean and perfect for after long days out exploring the beautiful city. "
