“1. March 14-17, 2023 (3 nights 4 days) 2. We arrived at the hotel around 11:40 am on March 14th. 3. The host is a middle-aged woman (the owner's wife). 4. We said we booked here 5. Then, after seeing us, the first thing she said was that the payment had not been made even thouth we had already paid for the accommodation, so we had no choice but to pay. And suddenly she told us that we shouldn't cook in the room, so we were dumbfounded and felt bad how could the first word to a guest be like...

“Ariento apartments was a great location and comfortable stay for us when visiting Florence. Everything, including public transport and the main train station is only a short walk away. Very convenient!”

“Communication with the property management was very easy. Franchesca was very helpful, accommodating and professional.”

“Great place in heart of Florence. Had more space than we thought it would. Everything is within walking distance. Great food choices and markets near by.”

“Very clean, excellent location, No dryer though, checking was delayed because of door issues, overall, an awsome stay, thanks”

“Amazing!”
