Wir sollten einen Betrag zahlen ohne das sie uns sagen konnte, ob dies nur die Parkgebühren sind oder auch die City Tax beinhaltet. Bei Anfrage einer Quittung wurden wir auf den Check out Tag vertröstet. Das Restaurant ist teilweise gar nicht besetzt. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt das Check-in von Gästen Vorrang hat. Andere Gäste bestellen daher teilweise von draußen oder verspeisten ihre Mitbringsel im Hotel...
