"Staff was okay, too busy to care"

"Everything in this hotel is convenient when it comes to entertainment, food selections ,gift shops, and convince stores. You are on the strip ,so all casinos are walking distance if you are ok with walking. Traffic flow of ride share, taxi services, and vallet are consistent and there is minimal traffic jams. Only complaint is that a waitress on the casino floor had a attitude saying "you can't chase me for a drink,"when she was walking by and said we had to wait. And never came back on our 4 1/2 day stay. "

"The outdoor pool speaker's at the adult pool kept glitching. Its dated and it wasnt my cup of tea. 35 for parking is insane."

"Upon check-in at 4 pm, we discovered that our room was in a state of disarray. It took an additional two hours to complete the cleaning process. And then,Upon entering the room, we still found two empty bottles of water and soda, pieces of paper on the counter and some cardboard lying around, despite the room being labeled as “already clean.” This suggests that the cleaning was not thorough and may have been done haphazardly. Furthermore, the room lacked essential amenities such as a microwave and coffee maker. These shortcomings left us disappointed with the overall experience."
