“Lady breakfast was friendly”

“I have stayed at this resort on business and pleasure. The convenience and location is great. The staff and the amenities are great. It has a restaurant and bar. We will definitely continue to use Avista resort. Thanks again for your help at check in. Best regards, Shaun L”

“The SMELLS in this place! First room on the first floor smelled HEAVILY like dirty feet, socks & work boots. 2nd room provided was on the 3rd floor and was only slightly better, but had a different funk. Moving throughout the facility, each area had a different unpleasant smell - the rooms, the hallway, the stairwell and the elevator. I don't know what kind of cleaners they use or how long its been since they had their carpets shampooed, but it was awful. The stairwell in particular was...

“The place is slightly dated but nice amenities and location. Nice stay until the fraternity showed up Thurs night and the place went to hell, screaming, hanging off the balconies and craziness until 3 am which was great because we had a 6 am flight. The front desk apologized but had to call security twice once at 1 and then at 3 am. Until they were threatened to be thrown out, they did not stop.”

“Clean rooms, staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great!”

“Room was not clean. Rug was wet. Had a terrible musty smell”

“Beach front”

“The room was amazing our view was spectacular the bathroom was oceanfront our room number was 1915 oceanfront king suite”

“This experience was one of the best. I highly recommend this location. No reflection on the property, the weather was not good enough to enjoy the pool. The villas and towers was everything we hoped for.”

“We liked everything about Sea Watch Resort. Location to stores, shops, restaurants and short trek from airport made it a worthwhile stay! Only downside was perhaps no restrooms on the same level as the pool area.”

“This is a nice but extremely old resort. The first night I fought a pregnant roach for 2 hours and when I let front desk know, they immediately changed my room. They do have a bar and Happy Hour, which is really cool. This one is more for retiree's that love to party! Would have given a better rating if it was not for the roach.”
