Check to see if they booked your room access card (key to your room) for the proper amount of days of your stay. We had to get them to get us new keys the very next morning."

"Nice hotel. Ideal if you have a car as it’s about a 20min walk to the downtown side of the water. In the process of being updated so restaurant was closed except a smaller selection available at bar/room service. Pool was nice and just needs a little bit of sprucing up to match remodeling. Staff were pleasant but nothing exceeding expectations and barely what you’d expect for hospitality "
