"Loved our brief stay at the Norblad! My only complaint was that the floor boards in my room were INSANELY noisy. And I never could figure out how to turn on the light over my sink. But charming, convenient, cozy, and hip."

"Wasn't expecting early checkin but the clerk could have pointed out amenities in lobby and let us know she would let us know as soon as room was ready. She did let us know an hour early."

"Unfortunately, our room had quite a bit of dog hair, which made it feel less clean than expected. There was also no hot water when I went to take a shower. I mentioned this to the staff, and while they thanked me for letting them know, nothing was offered to address the issue. Additionally, there was a strong unpleasant smell outside the property, though that was clearly not the hotel’s fault."
