“Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast and evening meal. Lovely garden which we sat out in to have drinks. Plenty of parking. In a beautiful village which was a perfect location for the area we wanted to explore. Would stay again and would recommend.”

“Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. Alongside the great views, we had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a clean and modern en-suite. “One of the best spas I have visited. This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year”

“Lovely suite, hard to find anything to criticise apart from the hot water which switched from hot to cold randomly both in the shower and the bath. Attentive staff at check-in, no issues with access at any time of night and a lively bar downstairs for a drink. Would stay again if I don't need a shower. ”

“Lovely property with very nice and helpful staff. Food and drink was excellent. Just unfortunate that the room was so hot. It was a warm day but considering it was April and a 20-22C day I was shocked how uncomfortable the room felt. Portable AC is provided but not overly effective. ”

“I was unable to use my booking as i had 2 funerals to attend. My daughters came instead. They said mum you would have hated it stank everywhere of dogs and they were in the dining room. It seems you are more dog friendly than people friendly”
