My towels were like brand new towels with a little extra lint and soft. Beds were very clean. I had to clean the counters, a chair with spill marks and bathroom surfaces myself. It was mostly clean, but there were sticky spots and the bathroom seat had some things not fully cleaned. Maybe they should have only room key access in the exterior doors.
