Picesyani was a wonderful,communicative host with a big smile and made us feel comfortable immediately…..The villas are huge and accommodating with everything you need…..Shopping,beach ,groceries are walking distance ….we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend these villas.

Property was about 1 km walk to main street. Not alot of enticing restaurants, but very freindly people. About 2km walk is markets etc. Overall enjoyable.

The staff were good & very responsive. Breakfast was good and always served at the time we wanted. I would suggest them to add rice & curry to the menu. Rooms & the 9ool were well maintained. AC during daytime takes a few hours to feel comfortable due to the high roof.

Great property, excellent communication and fast service. Like to see more fans in the living area as there is no aircon in the living area so can be quite warm. Kitchen amenities could be better equipped with knives and scissors to improve cooking convenience. All in an all a great experience.

Good villa

Pros: overall an excellent, spacious villa. Responsive staff.⠀ Good cleaning. Fresh towels every day, both for the body and for the beach. ⠀ I especially express my gratitude to the senior employee. Any issues were resolved very quickly.⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Of the minuses: ⠀ Terrible bed, it squeaks a lot with any movement!⠀ ⠀ No cappuccino, even for money. Very meager, monotonous breakfasts.⠀ ⠀ There are no sunbeds by the pool, as in the photo of hotel.com.⠀ On the last day they only brought one sunbed.⠀ ⠀ I had a good impression from my stay.

This is definitely not a luxury villa!! Everything is very old and decrepit as evidenced by the photos below! Staff is nice but this should never be listed as 5 star luxury villa!!

I loved my time at kaisa villas. I didnt want to leave, because of this i extended my trip further and nearly extended it even more. I stayed a month at kaisa villas. All staff were friendly and very welcoming, ensuring i had the best time. However the star of the show was... PANDE. He is the most nicest person in the world. He is very professional and always greets you with the biggest smile. He catered to all my needs and more. 5 star service to be said. If i ever had a hotel business i would want someone like that to work with me. I cant thank and praise him enough. He was amazing and a great asset to kaisa villas. Should i return to Bali i will definitely stay back at kaisa villas. Had a wonderful time and sending the best wishes and greatest thanks, much love thanks once again
