Upon checking into my room, my room is actually a catch off for old furniture, and as soon as I walk through the door, a cobweb went across my face. How can a hotel send a gas to a room that hasn’t been attended to in weeks and was storing other furniture. The staff was clueless and shocked so I immediately requested a refund and they told me they couldn’t refund me that I had to go through Expedia which I did. The Expedia team member was very helpful and promising me that I would get fully refunded for my troubles. I usually don’t give bad reviews, but this whole situation was disgusting.
