En av de bästa vistelserna någonsin. hotellet hade en väldigt positiv dynamik, alla var bra och roliga. Maten var outstanding. Beach nära med bekväma solstolar.

Super sejour a l Acajou. Tres bel hotel, le jardin est superbe et tres bien entretenu. Les chambres sont agreables. Petit dejeuner tres copieux et varie, un regal. Service de massage tres bien. Personnel tres agreable. Seul Bemol le WIFI qui fonctionne vraiment tres tres mal

Our only remark is that Wifi connection is very poor or unexistent. The "solution" provided by the staff was not working at all. I think the hotel should either improve this or not offer wifi at all.

Great hotel at calm place
Very nice hotel with nice staff. The hotel i nicely situated at the beach, a beach where there are relatively few people and which is not crowded with hotels or other buildings. Especially rooms with beachview is highly recommended.

es ist ein idealer Ort um sich zu erholen! aber ab 23.00 Uhr ist alles (inkl. Bar) zu. für ein 4 Sterne Hotel finde ich es früh! vorallem da man dort gut draussen gemütlich sitzen kann und es immer noch sehr mild ist!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig (10 min) zu erreichen. Das Restaurant des Acajou Beach Resort hat gutes bis sehr gutes Essen (a la Carte und täglich wechselndes Buffet), allerdings relativ hochpreisig und das vegetarische Angebot könnte größer sein. Frühstücksbüffet mit großem Angebot. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.

Pretty decent but scope for improvement
The overall stay was fine and pleasant. The property and room was clean, though a little patchwork was visible on the walls. The spa and massage was very nice. The staff was friendly but had some weird policies like not giving water except on the first day of stay, so had to buy water, which is normally expected from a hotel to be provided. The pool was okay, not exactly infinity but serviceable. There were not many beach view apartments which was a bummer, but the balconies and surrounding nature made up for it. The attached beach felt private and clean. Please go in expecting an apartment instead of a standard resort room with an in-room kitchen and utensils, and you'll be fine. I won't call it value for money because despite paying a lot of money, breakfast was not included in our stay, but the overall standard was nice and warm.

Le Paradis sur terre!
Le meilleur hôtel de la plage de Volbert sur l’île de Praslin. La plage est la plus belle devant l’hôtel. Très propre et confortable, menu varié tous les jours, le personnel est très serviable. Les chambres son magnifiques avec terrasse ou balcon dans un jardin très entretenu. La piscine est parfaite pour enfants et adultes avec un club house avec une bonne carte.Serviettes et transats son à la disposition des résidents. Arrêt de bus devant l’hôtel pour pouvoir se déplacer facilement partout sur l’île sans grand frais. A choisir sans hésiter.

Superb hotel right on the most exclusive beach
This hotel is very well managed and everything seems so very local. It took us about 20 minutes or so to reach the hotel from the Ferry terminal using a cab. Although one could book a fairly good car at the ferry terminal, we chose not to on the first day but in hindsight this may be the better option instead of spending on a cab as car rentals are very inexpensive on the island. The check-in process was very smooth and they gave us a welcome drink and a wet towel to freshen up. As the room was not ready, they gave us help with the location and explained what we could potentially do. There is a small village nearby (about 10 minutes walk away either on the road or on the beach) where there are shops (most essential to buy a SIM card) and other restaurants. The local PADI dive centre is in that village too. There is a food truck which sells some good local food and a fruit vendor where one can have cooonut water and other exotic fruits. The room was ready by the time we got back and it was a great room with a view of and direct access to the beach and ocean. The beach is great for long walks at any time of day or night. Breakfast was really superb with a wide selection of all sorts of local/western cuisine and the bar and restaurant served some really good local delicacies for lunch/dinner like Octopus curry (best on the island) and mixed vegetable curry. All the staff were very friendly and the hotel is very well managed.

Beautiful beach, good food
The hotel is set on a gorgeous beach (although you may get very itchy from sand fly bites if you happen to be allergic to them). The breakfast and dinner buffets are very good (and dinner ones are varied), the spa is totally excellent and is reasonably priced (although open until 6 pm only). Rooms may not be luxurious but are spacious and perfectly functional with kitchen facilities. A dive center is walking distance down the beach.

Not worth the price charged at all!
While its a nice hotel, close to the beach with a decent pool, its very over priced and not worth it at all. At this rate you could book several fancier options.

Nice hotel close to beach.
Well positions close to beach and amenities on Cote D'or. The hotel was excellent, very clean with a good pool and friendly staff. We stayed in an apartment in the hotel grounds. The bed was very comfortable but the seating area in the lounge was very uncomfortable as were the breakfast bar stool. The kitchen was well appointed with a big fridge and new cooker but lacked a lot of the basic equipment you would expect.

Beautiful Beachfront Resort on Praslin
Beautiful resort and rooms. Welcoming staff who all willingly go out of their way to ensure your comfort and convenience. Gorgeous Beach particularly at low tide. Tasty food at the beach side bar/restaurant. ATM and bus stop a short walk away. Wifi in room. We had to check out early despite a late departure and the hotel was more than accommodating with a room to shower and luggage storage. The only thing I can really criticize is that the dinner buffet was ok ( perfectly good but nothing memorable). Overall I would look forward to returning to Acajou on my next trip to Praslin!

Angenehmes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal
Das Acajou Hotel war der erste Aufenthalt unserer Seychellenreise und im Vergleich zu den anderen das schönste. Unser Zimmer hatte freien Blick auf das Meer was nicht bei allen Zimmern möglich ist. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und stets bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch die persönliche Note des Hotels ist hervorzuheben. Rundherum empfehlenswert.

Perfekt beliggende på Cote D'Or
Acajou er et relativt enkelt hotell med en veldig serviceinnstilt betjening. Fasilitetene er gode og hotellet har en veldig god beliggenhet på stranden Cote D'Or. Stranden er 2,5 km lang og egner seg godt for barnefamilier. Vi var der i begynnelsen av juli og det var ikke noe problem å få plass på stranden, det var nesten ikke folk der! AC kunne nok vært noe bedre da det ble litt varmt på kveld og natt. Hotellet kan anbefales for en avslappende ferie.

Well appointed rooms and a jewel of a hotel
Jewel of a hotel, located on Cote D'Or - one of the best beach stretches on Praslin. The hotel and rooms are well equipped and can handle your every request. The breakfast (especially eggs to order) are fantastic. The main manager was very very helpful. We asked her only once for organising cars/ excursion and though there was no availability, she made a couple of calls and made sure she helped out. The other junior ladies would do well to follow her lead in customer delight. There are good restaurants at 10-15 minute walking distance. Bai saint Anne (so called downtown and ferry terminal) is 10 minutes away. Anse lazio/ Valle de mai both equi distance from Acajou. So actually this is the best location to stay on the island. The gardens are beautiful and you will wake up to birds chirping....

Attenzione pero' alle escursioni proposte dall' albergo non sono ben specificate. se andate all' isola di coco ( bellissima ) la barca usata e' troppo piccola per il mare aperto che incontrerete nel viaggio. Scaletta per risalire sulla barca utilizzabile solo da trapezzisti. Pessima esperienza sui voli di ritorno. Rientro a Roma 7 ore dopo l' orario previsto. Al momento nessun rimborso proposto.

Hôtel propre, chambre spacieuse et équipée. Jolie piscine et accès direct à la plage pratique. Personnel accueillant et bienveillant. Manque d'éclairage et de prise dans la sdb. Toujours le même petit déjeuner et supplément pour les œufs c'est dommage quand on ne mange pas de charcuterie... Animation quelquefois assurée par un petit groupe, pas de quoi lever la foule. Beaucoup de bruits dans la chambre, tuyauterie??? Aucune attention pour notre voyage de noces. Nos demandes rejetées ( chambre avec vue, transfert) et pas de compensation. Bien que le séjour fut agréable, le tarif n'est pas justifié.

Quiet retreat.
Large rooms, cleaned daily. Good breakfast. Helpful reception. Great Diving centre (Octopus Diving) at the other end of the beach and they will collect you from your hotel in a morning. We only ate dinner in the hotel on BBQ night and it was very good. Drinks are expensive as they appear to be on the whole island. Sand flys are a problem, my husband was bitten a lot , but that wasn't hotels fault he could have got them anywhere. Nice pool and pool bar. You have the beach to yourself, very safe to swim. A great week.

Situation de l hotel est tres bonne,acceuil chaleureux a l'arrivee et personnel en general aimable. Chambre spacieuse avec une belle terasse ( chambre 12), par contre niveau nourriture (petit dejeuner + diner) tres tres moyen,cappuccino plus expresson en extra, et tres cher surtout, diner 60 euro pour 2 personne en buffet pour une qualite mediocre..dinez ailleurrrrssssss. En general hotel bien si on fait abstraction a la F&B. HOTEL peut mieux faire mais je le recommonde comme meme.

Jätte trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra bemötande. När vi anlände fick vi frukt, bröd och ägg på rummet, vilket uppskattades efter en lång resa. Stort rum med kök och balkong. Ligger vid an jättebra korallstrand med hotellets liggstolar på stranden. Vid stranden finns det även pool där man kan även låna handdukar och bar med jättebra drinkar. Bra restaurang.

Bra strandläge med stora rum.
Två rader byggnader med mellanliggande trädgård och upphöjd pool intill stranden. Superior trippelrum har delvis havsutsikt från balkong och rummen ligger på andra våningen. Madrassen hade lite för studsiga fjädrar för min smak. Nyare hus med större rum ligger ned mot stranden. Hotellområdet är litet så aldrig längre än 50-70m från pool, strand eller restaurang. Fantastisk strand med otroligt lite människor trots peak season. Frukost ok om än något begränsad i variation. Ägg och bacon beställs direkt från köket - trots detta var baconet alltid kallt. Bra drinkar i baren om än något små. Poolrestaurang hade delvis väldigt långsam service.

Bel hotel tres bien entretenu, personnel tres souriant et attentif, seul bemol a l accueil pour proposer des sortie. Par ex pour un boat taxi on m a dit d aller voir a cote d or, en clqir de charchercmoi-meme. Plage tres jolie et tres propre aussi. Restaurant, bon, le meme breakfast tous les matin, mais pas mal de choix oeufs, vienoiseries, pains, fruits,.... le buffet du soir bien aussi mais trop cher. Je pense qu ils devraient proposer desxforfaits pour les gens qui restent qq jours. En resume, tres satistait de notre sejour
