bad service
The service is really bad, my worst experience in living in a hotel.The reception shows impatient to their customers. Moreover, they said they didn't received the money about i paid at hotels.com and asked me to pay 3000yuan deposit when i checked out. Until now, a week after my stay, i haven't received i deposit back, and they said they will call me when they give back my deposit; i have't receive any call from them. I called for the hotel reception, no reply from them. So, never choose this hotel again. I hope my review will help others in choosing the hotel.

5星級住所，5星級服務。但現在附近百無，附近全是地盤，將來會好些。地鐵7號線龍華中路（*7號線明上10點後無車）

滿意
位置很好，行5分鐘就到Metro station. 服務員很好，態度很好，還給我們upgrade 了， 套房很整潔，漂亮。還有露台， 夜晚看景色一流。

就像回家的感覺
因為想與女友一起下廚所以選擇了這家，但房裡提供的鍋具餐具都不足，有點可惜，整體上滿舒適的，只是要買個東西還需要走一段路，生活機能上比較不優。

terrible stay here
1. we are waken up by the noise of construction nearby every day! 2. worst reception of wifi available and the hotel blocked almost all websites, we could not work at all, 3. no shower curtains and it flooded every time we used the shower, 4. it is supposed to open the gym and the pool for all residents for free but the frontdesk said it's for other room rate residents -- the facilities are not really for us at all, 5. despite all bad points, the hotel is close to metro exit. this is the only credit it can earn.

貨不對板/Untrue description
The hotel descriptions mentioned that there is a swimming pool, but the apartment staff demand for RMB$280 (per use, not for the whole stay) for using the swimming pool. It also mentioned that there will be a coffee making in each room but there is no. The map description is also misleading which leads to waste of time for reaching the apartment. There is no shop within 500 metres of the apartment which actually is 2 of the finished blocks in an underconstruction development area. And one will not be able to get a taxi from the apartment location. Staff are efficient but lacking of smile. They hand me a security card for the main entrance but the main door was opened all the time, I need not to use the card at all during my stay of 3 days. It take me 5 minites to the "Touch" shopping mall, a big supermarket or the metro station. But it was not easy for a hot day, a raining day or when you have your luggage with you.

A good living place.
This service apartment is a nice place but it was a little bit far from the downtown. Not convenience for shopping around beacuse only one shopping mall and one big supermarket near the apartment. Moreover, the rental fee is reasonable.

Está todo dado para ser excelente, pero falla!!
Buena. Es un service apartment. en temas de servicio nada que decir. el unico tema es que loas recepcionistas de noche no hablan inglés por lo que lo hace muy complicado en caso de alguna emergencia o necesidad.Fallan en tonteras, como tener cocina, pero sin platos o cubiertos, o que si no pones el cartel afuera de hacer la habitación, sencillamente no la hacen.En términos generales bien. Otro problema fue que ellos dicen estar en Kai bin lu, pero es una zona nueva, llena de construcciones y los taxistas no la conocen. en eso nos frustramos harto, pero en líneas generales bien. Todo súper nuevo y moderno, nada que decir

交通位置很方便
出差當日，網站上的電話都是無人接聽的! 根本連繫不到飯店人員。因位處新開發地區，地址連計程車司機都不知道。雖然飯店設施新穎，服務也很棒! 但是聯繫不到飯店人員，在飯店周邊繞圈圈超過兩個小時，折騰到半夜才找到飯店，讓人感到非常沮喪!!

房間舒適安靜，公寓外觀漂亮
距離了龍陽路地鐵站步行約10分鐘以內，附近生活機能較差，房間很大很舒適。櫃檯員工能力有限，但是就將酒店式公寓總歸還是公寓，不能以同樣被標準衡量。總之，CP值很高。
