โAmazing stay. Staff were very professional and friendly. I felt very welcomed and safe. Transfer from hotel to down hill and back was so smooth and available 24/7 which made tranportation incredible easy. Beds were comfortable and a/c very well working. I would come again anytime!โ

โWe had a great experience staying at New Level Hotel - Alshisha. The staff and front desk were extremely helpful throughout our stay โ always friendly and responsive. While the hotel doesnโt seem to offer daily room service by default, the team was quick to act whenever we requested room cleaning, fresh sheets, or trash removal.
