"Everything was pretty great for the price besides the comfort of the beds, i had to buy a foam top and a foam pillow but honestly im probably just spoiled other people might not mind the beds. The place was clean and the location is great"

"My reservation was canceled, i verifed prior to going there that it was aftive and it was accordingto hotels.com , when we arrived it was canceled, they had no rooms available, we had to drive over 2 hours home to come right back the next morning. I was told that night by the on call manager we would receive a full refund and i still have not or heard anything back. Hotels.com said the hotel has not gotten back to them so they cannot issue a refund to me, very displeased!! "

"We were very disappointed with our stay at Cambria hotel. First, the description and photos were very deceiving on the website. The rooming and entire facility was mediocre. The hotel was out of towels, and we went to take showers and the soap dispenser was empty. We then went to turn up the thermostat to 70 because it was a bit cool that night and it smelled like a fire so we got scared and turned it completely off. My children wanted ti use the pool ( one of the reasons we chose this location) and it was very nasty. The water was so murky and cloudy and had white foam suds on top. The girl at the desk told us they had no towels and were just OUT. Proceeded to use the gym then and two machines were broken… and rest were old and dirty. We heard so many others complaining in the hallways and common area. They said food was offered and breakfast.. nothing. Everything was closed the entire time we were there. DO NOT recommend. We could not wait to leave. They had no staff working it seems. One guy at the desk and he kept taking smoking breaks outside. "

The hotel was not just visually clean & fresh but also smelled so clean, had friendly staff, absolutely loved the kitchen set up in our room. The perfect home away from home!"

"The walls where dirty as long as you went down to the counter they were very helpful. If you called them on the phone, you constantly get put on, hold. And it was very horrible experience i don't even know if I was talking to anyone. It was actually in the hotel it seemed like they were off sight. And unable to help me."
